Micro-Baked Apples
Yield: 2 servings

2 Apples; cored, peeled
4 tb Orange or apple juice, unsweetened
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 pn Nutmeg
4 tb Raisins

Peel and core apples. Place each apple in individual glass casserole, fill center with raisins. Pour juice over raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with wax paper and bake in microwave on high about 2 min. per apple until tender. Microwave time and temp. may vary depending on your model and the size of the apples.
