Apples; cored, peeled
4 tb Orange or apple juice, unsweetened
1/4 ts Cinnamon |

Peel and core apples. Place each apple
in individual glass casserole, fill center with raisins. Pour juice over raisins, sprinkle
with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with wax paper and bake in microwave on high about 2 min.

size of the apples.
