Creamy Tofu Dessert
Yield: 1 Serving    VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF

1 lb Tofu
1 Frozen banana, sliced
1 Ripe banana, sliced
Chopped strawberries (or other fruit)
2 tb Sugar
1/4 c Water
1 ts Vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except chopped fruit in blender; blend at medium speed for 45 seconds. Add fruit. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

"If you like tofu desserts you'll like this one! I made it with fresh strawberries (chopped). It was quite tasty. It you drain the tofu you'll need to add more water (1/2 cup total). My blender had some trouble so it took a little longer to blend to a nice consistency."
