Date or Apricot Purée

VN, GF, SF, NS

Ingredients

2 cups dried dates or dried apricots
1 cup water

Directions

Rinse dried fruit well and soak overnight in water. Purée in blender or food processor until smooth. This purée freezes well or keeps in refrigerator for up to one week.
