Fruit Sorbet
Yield: 4 Servings VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, SF, EF, SuF
1 c Pineapple juice
1 Frozen banana, sliced
1/2 c to 1 c Frozen blueberries or strawberries
2 c Frozen pineapple, sliced
Blend juice in blender at medium speed.
While blender is running, add slices/pieces of frozen fruit through the feed opening in
the blender lid. Blend mixture until it has a "soft-serve" consistency.
Pour into serving dishes. Serve immediately or store in freezer for a short time before
serving.
