Orange-Ginger Treat
Yield: 4 Servings
2 Oranges
2 tb Brown sugar
Ginger, to taste |
Vanilla frozen
yogurt --OR--
Vanilla Rice Dream frozen dessert |
Peel oranges and cut into chunks.
Place chunks in oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and ginger. Broil 5 to 6
minutes or until hot. Serve over 4 dishes of vanilla frozen yogurt or Rice Dream.
