Raisin-Oatmeal Cookies
Yield: 20 Cookies     VG, DF, SoF

1 c Raisins
1/3 c Sunflower oil
1/4 c Liquid regular or buckwheat Honey
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Water
1 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/8 ts Ground cloves

Thoroughly blend the wet ingredients in a medium bowl with an electric mixer. Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Then spoon onto two lightly oiled cookie sheets.

Bake at 400 F for about 10 minutes.
