Sesame Tahini Oat Cookies
Yield: 1 Batch  VG, VN, DF, EF, SoF

1 c Sesame Seeds
1 c Rolled oats
1 1/4 c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 ts Non-alum baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Milk or water
1/2 c Honey
1/2 c Sesame Tahini

Mix dry and liquid ingredients in separate bowls; then combine and mix
thoroughly. Drop spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375
F. for 10-12 minutes.

"I used 1/4 cup unbleached white flour, added 1/2 tsp salt, and used 1/2 cup apple juice instead of milk or water. They have a nice flavour but are a bit dry. Perhaps the addition of 2 Tb oil would help."
