Strawberry Soup
Yield: 4 Servings VG, WF, GF, SF, EF
1 c
Plain yogurt
1 c Sliced fresh strawberries |
2 tb
Orange juice
1 tb Honey |
In food processor fitted with a steel blade,
blend all ingredients. Serve chilled. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices, mint sprigs or
kiwi slices.
Variation: substitute white or red grape
juice for the orange juice.
