Tear lettuce, chard and spinach into
bite-sized pieces. Arrange vegetables on top of greens. Add chicken strips and sprinkle
with walnut pieces or pumpkin seeds.

* This salad though designed for
Type O is also a highly beneficial salad for type As who occasionally eat poultry. Red
pepper is an avoid for As, so substitute chopped or grated carrot.
** If you cannot find the suggested
dressing in your area, try the dressing for the type A salad
which is beneficial for all blood types.
