Grilled Chicken Salad
3 Servings  Type O Recipe (A-Friendly)

2 ea Grilled chicken breasts (boneless,
-- skinless), cut into thin strips
1 md head Romaine lettuce
2 ea Swiss chard leaves
1 handful Spinach
1/2 lg Spanish onion, sliced
1 md Red pepper, chopped *
Walnut pieces or pumpkin seeds

(all ingredients are Highly Beneficial for Type O except Chicken which is Neutral)

Tear lettuce, chard and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Arrange vegetables on top of greens. Add chicken strips and sprinkle with walnut pieces or pumpkin seeds.

DRESSING: Annie's Organic Green Garlic Dressing (vinegar-free) **

Webmaster's Notes

* This salad though designed for Type O is also a highly beneficial salad for type As who occasionally eat poultry. Red pepper is an avoid for As, so substitute chopped or grated carrot.

** If you cannot find the suggested dressing in your area, try the dressing for the type A salad which is beneficial for all blood types.
