All ingredients are to taste. When I make this salad I start out with enough lettuce for the number of people I'm serving and then chop up the rest of the ingredients to taste.

DRESSING

Olive oil (Highly Beneficial)
Balsamic Vinegar (Neutral)
Ginger, fresh grated (Neutral)
Honey (Neutral)

Start with about 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon vinegar per person. Whisk together, taste, and adjust oil - vinegar ratio if needed. Sprinkle in grated ginger to taste. Add about 1/2 ts honey per person. Whisk thoroughly, taste, adjust ginger and honey if needed.

The amounts for this dressing are approximate. If your family likes more dressing you may want to increase the amounts per person.

Type Os need to replace lemon juice for the balsamic vinegar or they can use the type A salad dressing. Type Bs can substitute red pepper for the tomatoes.
