Feta & Walnut Salad with Sprouts
Type A Recipe (friendly for all other blood types)

Red onion (Highly Beneficial)
Carrots (Highly Beneficial)
Cucumber (Neutral)
Alfalfa sprouts (Highly Beneficial)
Feta cheese (Neutral)
Walnuts (Neutral)-- OR
-- sunflower seeds (Neutral)
Apple (Neutral)
Thompson raisins (Neutral)
Optional: chicken or turkey (Neutral)

All ingredients are to taste. Chop and toss with dressing. You may want to add the sprouts after the dressing (just before serving) to maintain crispness.

DRESSING

Olive oil (Highly Beneficial)
Fresh lemon (Highly Beneficial)
Dried dill (Neutral)
Honey (Neutral)

Start with about 2 tablespoons olive oil per person. Squeeze in some fresh lemon (about 1/4 lemon per person). Whisk together,   taste, and adjust oil - lemon ratio if needed. Sprinkle in dried dill to taste. Add about 1/2 ts honey per person. Whisk thoroughly, taste, adjust dill and honey if needed.

The amounts for this dressing are approximate. If your family likes more dressing you may want to increase the amounts per person.

Os trying this recipe should use mung sprouts instead of alfalfa. Type Bs and ABs should choose walnuts over sunflower seeds and turkey over chicken.
