All ingredients are to taste. Chop and toss
with dressing. You may want to add the sprouts after the dressing (just before serving) to
maintain crispness.
DRESSING
Olive oil (Highly Beneficial)
Fresh lemon (Highly Beneficial) |
Dried dill (Neutral)
Honey (Neutral) |
Start with about 2 tablespoons olive
oil per person. Squeeze in some fresh lemon (about 1/4 lemon per person). Whisk together,
taste, and adjust oil - lemon ratio if needed. Sprinkle in dried dill to taste. Add
about 1/2 ts honey per person. Whisk thoroughly, taste, adjust dill and honey if needed.
The amounts for this dressing are
approximate. If your family likes more dressing you may want to increase the amounts per
person.

Os trying this recipe should use
mung sprouts instead of alfalfa. Type Bs and ABs should choose walnuts over sunflower
seeds and turkey over chicken.
