Notes for type O:
Use spelt flour for the filling and
pastry. Use all chicken broth (no milk).
Notes for type B:
Use vegetable broth in place of
chicken broth. Use spelt or unbleached white flour for the filling and pastry.
Notes for type AB:
Use olive oil in place of butter.
Omit pepper (substitute any allowed spice of your liking). Spelt or whole wheat flour is
recommended for both the filling and pastry.
Notes for all blood types:
Choose any vegetables you like from
allowed lists.
