Sweet Potato Fries
Yield: 1 Batch VG, WF, DF, SoF

Sweet potatoes
Oil, (optional)
Seasonings of choice (e.g. Spike)

Peel sweet potatoes and slice thinly in rounds or in the shape of traditional fries. Spread on baking sheet and brush with oil (if using). Sprinkle on seasoning. Bake at 350 F. until potatoes reach desired crispness. Length of time will depend on how thin the slices are. Stir occasionally while baking.
