Breaded Venison Steaks in Wine
Type O and B Recipe

4 - 8 Venison round steaks
1 Egg, beaten
Salt & Pepper.
1 c Cracker crumbs
1/2 c Flour
4 tb Cooking oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 cn Mushrooms, drained -- OR
-- 1 c Fresh mushrooms
1 c Red wine

Dip steaks in egg, roll in mixture of crumbs and flour. Brown in oil. Place in baking dish. Cover with onion, mushrooms, & wine. Bake covered at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours.

Notes: Olive oil is probably the best cooking oil to use for both blood types. Choose cracker crumbs and flour that work for your blood type such as spelt crackers. Pick your favourite mushroom from allowed types.
