www.recipenet.org SOLE PLUS Dijon and Dill Blend 1/4 cup yoghurt or sour cream with 1/2 tsp. Dijon, 1/4 tsp.dried dill, & pinches of salt & pepper. Spoon over baked or sauteed fillets. Salsa and Wine Pour 1/4 c.salsa & 2 tbsp. wine into frypan. Add Fillets. Simmer uncovered 7 min. turning once halfway through. Cornmeal Crisp Dip fish in beated egg. Coat with 1/2 c.cornmeal mixed with 2 tbsp. Parmesan, 1/2 tsp.Italian seasoning, & pinches of salt & pepper. Cook in 2 tsp. butter or olive oil over med. heat, 2 min. per side.
