Carob Banana Shake

Ingredients
10
oz fresh almond milk
1 ea large banana, frozen, broken into pieces
1 - 2 tbs protein powder, unsweetened, unflavoured
2 tsp flax oil, EFA oil blend, OR hemp oil
1 tbs carob powder
1 tsp extract flavouring, such as pure vanilla
--
or almond (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and blend
on high speed until smooth. Pour into a 16-oz glass and enjoy.
Choose a protein powder that works for your specific diet (hemp, rice, soy, whey, etc).
