preferably fresh squeezed or pressed Directions Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a 16 oz glass. To include a little protein try adding one or two of these ingredients: 1 - 2 tbs protein powder Note: when using sesame seeds or sesame meal be sure to blend very well. You may find the shake has a little more texture with this ingredient, but in addition to protein it will add some non-dairy calcium to your breakfast.
