Place all ingredients except brown rice into
Vita-Mix in order listed. Secure lid. Starting at low, walk speed up to high and blend for
2 - 4 minutes or until hot. Walk down to lowest speed and add rice blending just long
enough for rice to mix in. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
* This recipe was made dairy-free but could
easily be made with regular milk and cheese if desired.
** Gluten-free flour may be used.
