THE NON-DAIRY DINER STYLE "MILK" SHAKE

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

10 oz flavoured soy or rice milk ( look for
-- chocolate, carob, vanilla and strawberry
-- flavours)
1 small frozen banana
1 scoop non-dairy frozen ice cream  (look in
-- the frozen food section of your local health
-- food store. . . I've seen ones made from rice,
-- soy and even hemp!)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a 16 oz glass.  For a less sweet shake use a larger frozen banana, and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup firm silken tofu instead of the non-dairy ice cream.
