Breakfast Millet
Yield: 4 Servings  VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF, SoF

1 1/4 c Milk
1 c Water
3/4 c Millet
2 tb Liquid sweetener
Salt, to taste

Millet really pick up the flavor of the sweetener, so vary the sweetener to vary the taste. Optional: Sprinkle top with seeds or nuts, serve in a bowl of milk, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.

Using a plastic steamer: Fill water reservoir and turn on machine. Add ingredients to rice bowl and steam for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
