California Vegetable Pizza
Yield:  2 Pizzas    VG, SF, EF*

2 ea Whole wheat unbaked pizza crusts

1 c Pizza sauce, see recipe
1 c Broccoli, lightly steamed
1 c Artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c Olives, sliced
2 ea Tomatoes, sliced
12 ea Green bell pepper rings

Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1" of the rim & arrange the vegetables on the sauce, ending with the tomatoes & peppers.

Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
