Cheese Toss
VG, EF, SF

Ingredients

Finely grated cheese, or crumbled feta
Chopped green onions
Chopped parsley and basil
Diced tomatoes
Mustard, humus, miso or non-hydrogenated
-- margarine as a spread
Sprouts
Multi-grain bun

Directions

Toss together cheese, green onions, parsley, basil and tomatoes. Cut the buns in half and spread on the mustard (or your choice of spread). On one half put down some sprouts and then the cheese mix. Top it with more sprouts and cap it off with the other half of the bun.
