Chickpea Sandwich Spread
Yield: 4 Servings VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, SoF, EF
1 c Chickpeas;
cooked
Garlic powder to taste |
3 tb Italian salad
dressing
Salt and pepper to taste |
Mash chickpeas with fork and add
seasonings. Serve on toasted whole wheat or gluten-free bread with lettuce and tomato
slices.
