Chili-Sesame Vinaigrette
VN, GF*
Ingredients
1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce, low sodium
3 tsp organic unrefined sugar
Salt to taste
A few drops of chili oil
5 tsp spicy prepared mustard
8 pecans, finely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients except salt and pecans in a screw-top jar.
Shake thoroughly, taste, adjust seasonings as needed. Add pecans and shake again. Refrigerate until needed. Shake before using.
