Ingredients
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled & grated
Grated peel and juice of 2 limes
Sugar or stevia powder to taste
8 cups water 
Directions
Add ingredients together and shake well. Adjust sugar or stevia as needed. Let sit for one hour and serve. For a less potent hit of ginger, filter drink mix after sitting.
A refreshing summer drink with a kick of ginger! This recipe is NS (no sugar added) only if the stevia option is used. Alternatively one can use a combination of sugar and stevia: add stevia 1/4 tsp at a time until drink is half as sweet as you'd like it to be, then add sugar to taste until desired sweetness is reached.
