Greens and Veggie Side Dishes
Sauteed Collards and Tart Apples
VN, GF, SF
Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 bunch collards, washed and chopped into
--
bite sized pieces
2 apples tart, peeled and diced
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp mustard powder
Directions
In a skillet, saute all ingredients together over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
You can substitute kale or spinach for collards.
