Millet Burgers
Yield: 6 Servings  VG, DF

4 c Cooked millet (made with broth)
2 ea Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c Wheat germ
2 tb Nutritional yeast
2 cl Garlic, crushed
2 tb Low-salt soy sauce
2 tb Catsup
Whole wheat or corn flour

Divide and form the mixture into 6 patties of approximately equal size. Dust patties with flour. Place on preheated pan to which 1 tablespoon of olive oil has been added. Lightly fry patties on both sides and serve with tomato and lettuce on a whole what bun. Can also be grilled on BBQ.

To freeze uncooked patties, separate each patty with wax paper and store in freezer bag. Serves 6.
