Millet Pilaf
Yield: 4 Servings  VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF, SoF

1 c Millet
1 cn Vegetable broth
1 c Chopped parsley
1 ea Tomato
1/2 c Chopped green onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Using a plastic steamer: Fill water reservoir and turn on machine. Add ingredients to rice bowl and steam for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
