MORNING ENERGY DELIGHT
VG, RF, SF

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup oats
1 handful raw nuts (I like to use a mix of almonds, pecans, and walnuts)
1 cup live-culture low fat yogurt

Directions

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix. I use plain yogurt but flavored, though a little less healthy, tastes much better.

"It's DELICIOUS and extremely healthy! This recipe gives me energy to make it through my day. It seems to boost my brain power and keeps me full longer than all other breakfast foods I've eaten!"

Webmaster's Note: Even though it contains a live culture, I'm pretty sure that traditional yogurt is not a considered a raw food. You can make an authentic dairy-free raw yogurt by using the recipe in Natasha Kyssa's Simply Raw Detox Manual.
