MULLED APPLE CIDER
VN, GF, SF

Yield: 4 liters

Ingredients

4 liters apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1 nutmeg
10 cloves
10 allspice
1 inch of fresh ginger root, coarsely chopped

Directions

In a large pot, mix cider and spices together. Over medium-low heat, warm until steam lifts quickly from surface for about 1 hour; do not let boil. Serve while still warm. Can be cooled, refrigerated and re-warmed.
