Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes

Ingredients
4 md baking potatoes
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the thyme and oregano. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
