Pumpkin Sesame Green Beans

VN, GF, SF

Ingredients

4 cups green beans, trimmed
2 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary, crushed, dried (1 tsp fresh)
Pinch, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Steam or boil beans in salted water until just tender.

In a skillet, heat oil and add pumpkin seeds; cook until brown, about five minutes. Add sesame seeds, garlic and rosemary; cook for two minutes. Add green beans; cook until heated through, about three minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
