English muffins
1 package Veggie
- pepperoni (optional) |
1
can Veggie spaghetti sauce OR some of
- your mom's home made veggie spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese, sliced (for a vegan meal
- use sliced soy or rice mozzarella) |
Separate and toast the English muffins.
Spread the spaghetti sauce on the muffins. Add a few slices of the veggie pepperoni (if
using). Top with slices of cheese. Broil for a few minutes until cheese melts and is
gooey.
