Simple Stir-Fried Tofu & Vegetables
Yield: 4 Servings  VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF

2 md Onions, cubed
1 md Green bell pepper, -cubed
1/2 lb Mushrooms, halved
1 lb Cubed tofu
1/2 c Sunflower seeds
1 c Water
1 ts Basil
1 ts Sage

In hot oil, sauté onions until limp.  Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water and herbs.  Simmer until vegetables reach desired tenderness.  Serve over cooked rice.
