Simple Stir-Fried Tofu &
Vegetables
Yield: 4 Servings VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF
- 2 md Onions, cubed
- 1 md Green bell pepper, -cubed
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, halved
- 1 lb Cubed tofu

- 1/2 c Sunflower seeds
- 1 c Water
- 1 ts Basil
- 1 ts Sage
|
In hot oil, sauté onions until limp.
Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water and herbs. Simmer until vegetables reach
desired tenderness. Serve over cooked rice.
