Sun Seed Spread
Yield: 1 Recipe

1/2 c Sunflower seeds
1/2 c Hot cooked millet or rice
3/4 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Dill weed or seed
1/3 c Lemon juice

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve on crackers or bread. May also be used as a vegetable dip or as a sour cream for baked potatoes. Add 2 tablespoons water while blending to make a dip.
