Tofu Chocolate Pudding

Yield: approx. 4 servings 2 pk
Silken tofu (firm)
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tbs
Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Shove everything in a blender and go nuts.
Chill for about 3 hours.
"Very good and cost
effective. I'm never buying soy pudding again. This recipe makes about three times more
than you get in packages, and it's so simple. No extra ingredients - unless you want to
add something. . . I'm thinking maybe coconut sprinkled on top.
I chose to make this a vegan recipe so used maple syrup instead of honey. . . it took a couple extra tablespoons to
make it sweet enough. Mmmmm!"
