Tofu Cream Cheese
Yield: 1 Recipe      VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, EF

12 oz Silken Tofu (firm or extra-firm)
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 ts Dill
Juice of 3 small limes
2 tb Water

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Serve on bread or
baked potatoes.

"Tastes great! Commercial dairy-free cream cheese alternatives may have a more 'authentic' taste but they are more expensive and contain many additives. This recipe is pure and simple. Mori-Nu is an excellent brand of silken tofu for this type of recipe. You can vary the firmness of the tofu depending on the desired consistency.
