Tutti Fruiti Breakfast Salad
Yield: 4 Servings  VG, VN, WF, GF, DF, SF, EF

2 Oranges
2 Bananas
1 Small bunch grapes
1/4 cup Shredded coconut

Prepare the fruit: Give oranges a quick rinse under cold water. Peel oranges and bananas, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse grapes under cold water in a colander or strainer. Slice grapes in half (be sure to remove any seeds).

Toss fruit together and refrigerate until very cold. To chill fruit faster, put in freezer, making sure the fruit does not freeze.  At the last minute, add the coconut and toss lightly, mixing fruit and coconut.
