Vegetarian Burgers
Yield: 6 Burgers  VG, VN, DF, EF

1/2 c Broccoli, chopped
1/4 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Carrot, chopped
2 tb Parsley, fresh, minced
2 tb Basil, fresh, minced
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
1/4 ts Celery seeds
1 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Light soymilk
1 c Basmati rice, cooked
1 tb Sesame seeds
1 tb Cracked wheat germ

In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot, parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the sesame seeds & wheat germ. Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
