Millet Carob Chip Cookies
Yield: 1 Batch     VG, VN, WF, DF, EF

1/2 c Millet Flour
1/2 c Barley Flour
1/4 c Instant Oatmeal
2 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Finely chopped nuts (opt.)
4 tb Sunflower oil
4 tb Honey
1/4 c Soy milk
1/2 c Carob chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix dry ingredients together. Stir liquid ingredients together until honey dissolves. Stir liquid and dry mixtures just until evenly mixed. Fold in carob chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 F. Cool.
