c ground nuts
1/2 c honey
1/2 ts baking soda
1/8 ts salt
3 eggs |
**1/4
c melted butter OR 1/2 c homemade yogurt OR a small amount of fruit juice or apple sauce
depending on constancy of batter |
Preheat oven to 375 F.
After grinding nuts, leave in food
processor. Add other ingredients. Add ** ingredient last depending on consistency. Spoon
into greased muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes.
