Ingredients

1 tbs apple juice concentrate + enough water
-- to make 7 1/2 oz
2 1/2 cups spelt flour

1 tbs oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

Directions

Place ingredients into bread machine in order specified by your particular bread machine. Choose whole grain cycle.
