Recipes using the Saladacco, Spirooli or other similar brand of spiral slicer is is what we are looking for.

Webmaster's Note: I own a Saladacco (shown above) and though I don't have any specific recipes, I like to simply make the angel hair slices using a variety of vegetables. Then I toss on my favourite salad dressing. The end result tastes like a very elegant coleslaw!
