Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup Marie's(R) Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shaved
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

Method

Step 1

Toss spinach with Marie's® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add in walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, carrots and cranberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.
