Ingredients

  • 5 pounds potatoes
  • Kosher for Passover vegetable oil
  • 1 head garlic, separated into cloves
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into wedges. Toss with oil and garlic cloves. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper.;
