Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
  • 3 oz. hot coffee
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. heavy cream

Method

Step 1

Pour coffee into a warmed Irish coffee glass mug

Step 2

Add sugar to taste, stir to dissolve

Step 3

Add Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey

Step 4

Top with slightly whipped cream, poured gently over the back of a spoon
