Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 chamomile tea bags, string and paper removed
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

Method

Step 1

Add the honey, ground cinnamon, ginger, tea bags and 1 1/2 cups water to a small pot, bring to a simmer and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the milk and vanilla.

Step 2

Put the cinnamon stick in a mug and strain the spiced chamomile over the top.
