Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cold buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Add the heavy cream and buttermilk to a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and cinnamon while beating, then continue to beat until soft peaks form.
