Ingredients

  • 8 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons clover honey
  • Juice of 2 large lemons
  • 1 bunch crushed fresh mint leaves

Method

Step 1

Combine the water, honey, lemon juice and mint leaves in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
