Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Method

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, dill, capers, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pepper. Stir until well combined. This can be made up to 3 days ahead and kept refrigerated in an airtight container.
